2.基于商业化目标，负责近战武器、枪械皮肤等商业化资源的规划、生产与投放；
3.对商业化资源的特性设计提出建议，并能跟进相关功能的迭代升级。提出主题创意设计，跟进资源研发过程，把控进度和最终的交付质量；
4.持续深度挖掘游戏内商业化资源的拓展空间，负责相关系统和能力的设计和落地；
5.规划并落地合适的商业化运营节奏，投放形式和定价；
6.与多团队协作，跟进商业化资源相关的外围宣发，强化商业化资源的传播效果。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Based on commercialization goals, responsible for planning, production, and deployment of melee weapons, gun skins, and other commercialization resources.
- Provide suggestions on the characteristic design of commercialization resources, and follow up on the iteration and upgrade of related functions. Propose theme creative designs, follow up on resource development processes, control progress, and ensure final delivery quality.
- Continuously deeply explore the expansion space of in-game commercialization resources, responsible for the design and implementation of related systems and capabilities.
- Plan and implement appropriate commercialization operation rhythms, deployment forms, and pricing.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to follow up on peripheral promotions related to commercialization resources, enhancing the dissemination effect of commercialization resources.
