2.负责电机控制的代码实现。包括建模仿真，嵌入式软件实现与调试，数据采集，调试测试工具等；
3.跟踪紧盯电机控制的全链路开发流程，参与从电机电磁建模仿真，硬件系统优化，测试方案制定，故障排除等上下游工作的制定；
4.对所辖领域技术发展趋势进行追踪和分析，持续学习与尝试新方案。

- Develop high-performance control algorithms for robot joint motor drives to improve motor performance, online parameter identification, system fault diagnosis, and other key indicators to advanced levels
- Implement motor control code, including modeling and simulation, embedded software implementation and debugging, data acquisition, and debugging test tools
- Monitor and manage the full chain of motor control development processes, participating in upstream and downstream tasks such as motor electromagnetic modeling and simulation, hardware system optimization, test plan formulation, and fault resolution
- Track and analyze technical development trends in the relevant field, continuously learn and experiment with new solutions
