The Embodied Intelligence Platform R&D Engineer (Simulation Engineering Direction) at Tencent focuses on developing advanced simulation environments for multimodal robots using tools like NVIDIA Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, and Gazebo. 1.基于主流仿真工具(如NVIDIA Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、Gazebo等),搭建并优化面向多模态机器人(机械臂、人形机器人、移动平台等)的云端仿真环境;
2.设计并实现高效的物理引擎交互框架,支持刚体/柔体动力学、传感器模拟(视觉、力觉、触觉)、及动态环境建模;
3.开发虚实迁移(Sim2Real/Real2Sim)pipeline,通过域随机化、动力学参数辨识、传感器噪声建模等技术,缩小仿真与真实世界的差距;构建自动化仿真-实机对标系统,持续优化仿真模型的精度与可靠性;
4.利用云端分布式计算资源,实现大规模并行仿真,支持强化学习、模仿学习等算法的训练与评估;探索“仿真-训练-部署”闭环系统,提升机器人技能学习的效率与泛化能力;
5.开发开箱即用的一键仿真服务及可视化调试工具,降低算法工程师的使用门槛;支持通过VR/遥操作设备在仿真环境中进行数据采集与算法验证。
