📋 Job Overview
The Media Marketing Manager for Peace Elite under the New Star Gravity Program is responsible for developing and executing media promotion strategies to drive user growth and achieve KPIs. This role involves platform collaborations, effect-based advertising, and content creation to optimize campaign performance. The position focuses on cross-departmental coordination and data-driven adjustments for seasonal and version-specific promotions.

2. 平台合作：擅长沟通，深入了解各类媒体平台的调性，策划平台级别的联动活动，在预算之外争取更多平台非标资源；
3. 效果投放：针对和平精英的用户增长需求，制定全渠道投放策略，达成既定投放效果目标；管理项目投放进度，并能根据业务需求推动跨部门协作；
4. 内容创意：定期产出广告素材策略，产出具有吸引力的爆款创意素材；跟踪和分析投放数据，提供分析报告，根据需要持续改进和优化。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute media promotion strategies for Peace Elite, including plans for key periods like Spring Festival and summer, as well as version releases; monitor and analyze campaign effects, adjust strategies timely to meet promotion KPIs.
- Excel in communication, deeply understand the tone of various media platforms, plan platform-level collaborative activities, and secure additional non-standard resources beyond the budget.
- Develop full-channel投放 strategies for Peace Elite's user growth needs to achieve set投放 effect goals; manage project投放 progress and drive cross-departmental collaboration based on business requirements.
- Regularly produce advertising material strategies and create attractive viral creative materials; track and analyze投放 data, provide analysis reports, and continuously improve and optimize as needed.
