- 负责端游/主机游戏性能优化中的重难点问题攻坚 (Tackle key and difficult issues in PC/console game performance optimization)
- 参与制定合理的机型性能分档方案 (Participate in formulating reasonable hardware performance tiering schemes)
✅ Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in game engine development or performance optimization
- Strong background in PC/console game development

- Experience with Unreal Engine or proprietary game engines
- Familiarity with multi-platform optimization for diverse hardware
