1.负责集团面试官管理体系关键业务模块的方案设计与推动落地,包括但不限于品牌与文化传播、激励与信用体系搭建、数据基建建设等工作;
2.支持集团与业务人才标准构建与落地,配合设计AI甄选工具,助力甄选工作提质增效;
3.结合日常数据洞察与业务侧需求探寻,提出针对性招聘质量优化观察与建议,助力业务成功。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the scheme design and promotion of key business modules in the group's interviewer management system, including but not limited to brand and culture dissemination, incentive and credit system construction, data infrastructure development, and related work.
  • Support the construction and implementation of group and business talent standards, collaborate on designing AI selection tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of selection work.
  • Based on daily data insights and business needs exploration, propose targeted observations and suggestions for optimizing recruitment quality to assist business success.
