1.负责优化、实施管理人才内部流动机制、不断打磨活水产品;
2.深入了解人才流动场景,维护内部人才池,孵化并拓展新机制的探索与升级;
3.结合员工、管理者的流动特点与职业发展诉求,研究输出相关方法论并沉淀,包括:规则、运营机制、工具以及活水文化建设等。

  • Responsible for optimizing and implementing internal mobility mechanisms for management talent, and continuously refining vitality products.
  • Deeply understand talent mobility scenarios, maintain internal talent pools, incubate and expand exploration and upgrades of new mechanisms.
  • In combination with the mobility characteristics and career development needs of employees and managers, research and output relevant methodologies and沉淀, including rules, operational mechanisms, tools, and vitality culture construction.
