📋 Job Overview

The Commercialization Game Planner role for Valorant Mobile under the New Star Gravity Program involves planning and designing in-game commercialization content, such as weapon skins and peripherals, while collaborating with art and development teams to bring these to life. Responsibilities include producing and exploring monetization resources, analyzing data to optimize paid content, and partnering with internal and external teams to drive revenue growth. This position focuses on enhancing the game's monetization capabilities through creative design and data-driven insights tailored to mobile players.

1.作为商业化策划负责规划无畏契约手游商业化内容设计与探索,发挥创意设计能力为游戏设计新的武器皮肤、周边资源及其他商业化内容,并与美术及开发团队配合推动相关内容的制作和上线;
2.负责游戏内商业化资源的生产和挖掘,探索适合手游玩家的新付费内容和个性化展示空间,升级和拓展付费内容体系,挖掘新的收入增长机会;
3.追踪商业化指标数据,深入分析数据表现并洞察机会和问题,紧密追踪消费用户需求并及时调整设计方向;
4.积极与内外部合作方团队展开协作,寻找新的营收增长机会,提升产品的变现能力。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and design commercialization content for Valorant Mobile, leveraging creative abilities to develop new weapon skins, peripheral resources, and other monetization elements, while coordinating with art and development teams to produce and launch them.
  • Manage the production and exploration of in-game commercialization resources, identifying suitable paid content and personalized display spaces for mobile players, upgrading the paid content system, and uncovering new revenue growth opportunities.
  • Track commercialization metrics data, conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and issues, monitor consumer user demands, and adjust design directions accordingly.
  • Collaborate actively with internal and external partner teams to discover new revenue growth opportunities and enhance the product's monetization capabilities.
