岗位职责
岗位职责:
1. 负责项目海外活动体系搭建工作,包含活动系统功能与玩法设计、活跃活动规划和运营工具使用;
2. 根据游戏不同生命周期及用户行为,以及海外区域用户特性,把控运营节奏,收集不同区域负责人、市场、社区等模块活动诉求,制定游戏整体活动规划,达成阶段活跃指标的同时能够兼顾各层用户体验;
3. 负责活动的设计、开发和落地,跟进活动效果反馈,负责节点的效果分析,并能依据数据表现提出合理建议,不断调优活动策略;
4. 能够结合产品数据、海外市场洞察与用户体验反馈,制定适合产品海外的资源投放计划,合理控制资源价值。

1. 本科以上学历,3年以上游戏运营相关工作经验,海外活跃活动运营相关经验者优先;
2. 对游戏运营的各模块工作均有一定了解,熟悉手游研发运营系统和活动的设计、配置、测试、发布等流程;
3. 统筹和沟通能力强,思维活跃,善于创新,善于捕捉市场热点;
4. 有良好的团队合作精神,较强的沟通能力和抗压能力,工作积极、认真负责,强烈的主人翁意识。

  • Responsible for building the overseas activity system for projects, including activity system functions and gameplay design, active activity planning, and operational tool usage
  • Based on different game life cycles, user behaviors, and overseas regional user characteristics, control operational rhythm, collect activity demands from different regional heads, markets, communities, etc., formulate overall game activity plans, achieve stage active indicators while balancing user experiences at all levels
  • Responsible for activity design, development, and implementation, follow up on activity effect feedback, conduct node effect analysis, and propose reasonable suggestions based on data performance to continuously optimize activity strategies
  • Combine product data, overseas market insights, and user experience feedback to formulate resource placement plans suitable for overseas products, reasonably control resource value
