1.开发者活动策略与全链路执行​​:负责腾讯云在海外市场的开发者活动策略制定,包括但不限于开发者赛事、黑客松、技术沙龙、线上研讨会等;独立完成活动的全流程管理:包括主题策划、内容设计、讲师邀请、宣传推广、线上线下执行及活动后效果分析;与产品、技术团队紧密合作,确保活动内容具有技术深度和吸引力,精准传递腾讯云的技术产品价值;
2.海外技术社区与论坛合作​​:拓展并维护与海外主流技术社区(如GitHub、Stack Overflow、Reddit等)、开发者论坛的合作关系,策划并执行联合品牌活动、内容合作、资源互换等,扩大腾讯云的品牌曝光和讨论声量;
3.活动营销数据分析​​:建立数据监控体系,定期分析社区声量、活动转化、开发者增长等核心指标,持续优化营销策略;管理海外技术社区关系,定期评估合作效果,探索新的合作模式以最大化投资回报。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute developer activity strategies for Tencent Cloud in overseas markets, including events like developer competitions, hackathons, tech salons, and online seminars.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of activities: theme planning, content design, speaker invitations, promotion, execution (online/offline), and post-event analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to ensure activity content has technical depth and effectively communicates Tencent Cloud's product value.
  • Expand and maintain partnerships with overseas technical communities and forums (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit), planning joint branding activities, content collaborations, and resource exchanges to boost brand exposure.
  • Establish data monitoring systems, regularly analyze key metrics like community buzz, event conversions, and developer growth, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with overseas technical communities, evaluate partnership effectiveness periodically, and explore new collaboration models to maximize investment returns.
