2.通过用户画像分析设计精细化运营策略，负责用户增长与留存优化，包括搭建私域流量增长体系，整合公域资源等；
3.结合用户全生命周期，设计激励体系（如积分、权益）驱动拉新和促活指标提升，通过数据驱动，监控关键指标通过A/B测试优化活动节点；
4.跨部门协作与资源整合 联动设计、技术团队，优化活动素材视觉冲击力及落地页体验。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute fission growth schemes for mobile and internal ecosystem AI products, managing the full process from planning to implementation, and exploring new channels while establishing reusable off-platform traffic templates.
- Analyze user profiles to design refined operational strategies, responsible for user growth and retention optimization, including building private domain traffic systems and integrating public domain resources.
- Design incentive systems (such as points and benefits) based on the full user lifecycle to drive new user acquisition and activation metrics, using data-driven monitoring of key indicators and A/B testing to optimize activity nodes.
- Collaborate across departments and integrate resources, working with design and technical teams to optimize activity visuals and landing page experiences.
