2.负责部门大数据体系建设和运营，包括数据门户搭建、数据标准和规范制定、数据资产管理、数据开发和运营工具设计等，提升数据交付效率和质量；
3.与策略模型、合规履职、数据开发、系统研发等多团队配合，协作推动数据应用落地，共同实现业务目标。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand business scenarios and data needs for financial compliance, and be responsible for formulating and implementing complete data solutions.
- Responsible for the construction and operation of the department's big data system, including data portal setup, data standards and norms formulation, data asset management, data development and operation tool design, etc., to improve data delivery efficiency and quality.
- Cooperate with strategy models, compliance fulfillment, data development, system research and development, and other multi-teams to collaboratively promote the landing of data applications and achieve business goals together.

Salary
400,000 - 800,000 CNY / yearly
