1.负责PC射击类游戏的海外市场品牌策略制定与执行,负责从0到1的全程市场宣发工作,包括产品测试、预约、上线、版本更新等关键节点的计划制定与落地执行,为产品发行的用户及收入目标负责;
2.根据发行目标及用户洞察搭建产品品牌体系,深挖海外PC用户的核心诉求与文化特点,落地完成产品定位、品牌策略的产出,并制定针对性的市场推广方案;
3.整合内外部资源,统筹包括品牌活动、社交媒体、内容营销、KOL合作、BD合作等各个工作模块的整合营销活动,并对项目进度和最终效果负责;
4.监控和分析营销数据,优化投放策略和活动效果,持续提升ROI和用户留存率;
5.跟踪行业趋势和竞品动态,为产品迭代和营销策略调整提供数据支持和洞察。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for formulating and executing brand strategies for overseas PC shooting games, managing full-cycle market promotion from 0 to 1, including planning and execution for key nodes like product testing, pre-registration, launch, and version updates, while being accountable for user and revenue goals.
  • Build product brand system based on issuance goals and user insights, deeply analyze core demands and cultural characteristics of overseas PC users, complete product positioning and brand strategy outputs, and develop targeted market promotion plans.
  • Integrate internal and external resources to coordinate integrated marketing activities across modules such as brand events, social media, content marketing, KOL collaborations, and BD partnerships, while being responsible for project progress and final outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data, optimize投放 strategies and activity effects, and continuously improve ROI and user retention rates.
  • Track industry trends and competitor dynamics, providing data support and insights for product iterations and marketing strategy adjustments.
