2.研发管线搭建：熟悉游戏研发过程工艺工序，能够通过合理有效的机制流程与工具链，搭建和持续改进适合项目的研发管线能力；
3.提能提效：深入洞察研发过程中的卡点或风险问题，客观分析及解决，持续提升研发效能及敏捷迭代能力。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 新项目孵化：负责游戏从0到1预研孵化过程，从创意设计到研发交付验证的全链路研发过程及资源管理。通过制定合理研发节奏，灵活使用资源，有效保障迭代效率促进产品验证目标的敏捷达成
- 研发管线搭建：熟悉游戏研发过程工艺工序，能够通过合理有效的机制流程与工具链，搭建和持续改进适合项目的研发管线能力
- 提能提效：深入洞察研发过程中的卡点或风险问题，客观分析及解决，持续提升研发效能及敏捷迭代能力
