2.重点人才发展项目的设计与运营实施（包括：培训需求调研分析、人才测评，内外部资源有效管理、引进和利用，项目运营实施及效果评估等）；
3.学习发展相关底层理论及业务标杆实践案例的研究。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design the professional talent development system within Tencent Interactive Entertainment Group (including faculty, courses, systems, etc.), and provide consulting for various talent development projects in the gaming business domain.
- Design and operational implementation of key talent development projects (including: training needs survey and analysis, talent assessment, effective management, introduction and utilization of internal and external resources, project operation implementation, and effectiveness evaluation).
- Research on underlying theories related to learning and development and benchmark practice cases in the business.
Locations
- Shenzhen, China
Salary
250,000 - 450,000 CNY / yearly
