📋 Job Overview

The Channel Operations/Business Growth Manager role at Tencent Cloud focuses on international business and outbound expansion. The position involves leading the design, planning, and iteration of the international channel operations system based on deep understanding of cloud computing and global channel ecosystems. Key efforts include policy formulation, sales process management, risk control, and driving sustainable growth through data analysis and resource integration.

1.基于对云计算业务与国际渠道生态的深刻理解,牵头腾讯云国际站渠道运营体系的设计规划和迭代更新,在渠道激励、管理规则、销售流程、风险把控等板块,端到端负责业务成熟度建设;
2.结合一线市场洞察及数据分析,与渠道政策和管理团队协作,推动对海外渠道政策体系的规划、制定和落地实施,包括但不限于基础政策、产品政策、伙伴分级及活动促销等,并负责海外渠道政策及市场策略在一线的宣贯、执行及进展监控,助力海外销售大区渠道业务持续健康增长;
3.深入理解国际渠道业务所处的发展阶段,推动制定符合业务实际并能促进业务增长的管理规则及销售流程,积极整合资源打通卡点环节并推动在系统层面的落地;
4.牵头海外渠道业务经营分析,对照业务数据指标体系搭建看板进行监控和预警,对业务增长、健康度、回款及授信等风险敞口有清晰的全盘反映,定位业务机会和风险点,提供决策支撑和不断优化对渠道的管理。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, planning, and iterative updates of Tencent Cloud's international channel operations system, covering incentives, management rules, sales processes, and risk control
  • Collaborate on planning, formulating, and implementing overseas channel policies, including basic policies, product policies, partner tiers, and promotional activities; oversee promotion, execution, and monitoring to support healthy growth in overseas sales regions
  • Develop management rules and sales processes aligned with business stages to promote growth, integrate resources to resolve bottlenecks, and drive system-level implementation
  • Conduct operational analysis for overseas channel business, build monitoring dashboards for key metrics, identify opportunities and risks in growth, health, collections, and credit exposure, and provide decision support for ongoing optimizations
