2.参与部门业务规划，与管理层等制定增长及战略举措方案，联动多团队建立协作机制，解决重点项目问题，协调各方利益，推动业务协同发展；
3.周期性与海外研究机构进行双向信息交流，获取高质量行业趋势资讯，并对外进行部门前沿技术宣讲，提高行业影响力。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Deeply participate in large model PaaS platform, AI Infra, big data platform and other business directions, deeply analyze industry dynamics and trends, conduct related subject research, extract valuable insights, provide decision-making basis for various business links, and regularly output industry reports.
- Participate in department business planning, formulate growth and strategic initiative plans with management, link multiple teams to establish collaboration mechanisms, solve key project problems, coordinate interests of all parties, and promote coordinated business development.
- Periodically conduct two-way information exchange with overseas research institutions to obtain high-quality industry trend information, and conduct departmental frontier technology lectures externally to enhance industry influence.
