The role focuses on leveraging text and multimodal large model technologies to deeply analyze and understand labels, semantics, and correlations in content within the Tencent advertising ecosystem. This includes scenarios such as queries, news, short videos, and live streams, to build high-value user profiles and content understanding systems. Responsibilities also involve optimizing prompts, supervised fine-tuning (SFT), and preference learning (DPO/RLHF) for large models based on specific business needs to enhance their performance in targeted scenarios.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 基于文本大模型及多模态大模型技术，深度挖掘腾讯广告生态下的文本和多模态内容的标签、语义相关性理解。场景包括但不限于（Query文本、资讯、短视频、直播等），构建高价值用户画像与内容理解体系
- 根据具体业务需求，对文本大模型/多模态大模型进行的Prompt优化、监督微调（SFT）、偏好学习(DPO/RLHF)，增强模型在特定场景下的理解能力
