1.生态类采购与运营 ：负责腾讯云生态类合作伙伴的寻源、认证、采购策略制定与执行，以及供应商选择与物料管理。运营支持包括项目特殊价格谈判、结算卡点推进、项目合作健康度监控等，并通过有效管理手段，培养优秀稳定的服务商资源池；
2.生态产品成本结算与复核 ：负责生态产品的日常成本结算管理，对结算数据的合理性进行复核，确保成本核算的准确性、合规性，并与相关部门协作优化结算流程；
3.合作业务模式合理性评估 ：对生态类合作模式（如联合解决方案、分成机制、资源置换等）进行合理性评估，分析商业模式的经济效益与风险，提出优化建议并推动解决；
4.采购合同与风险管理 ：主导服务采购合同的关键条款谈判、签署及履约监控，建立采购风险识别与应对机制，确保合作合规稳定；
5.数据分析与成本管控 ：负责生态伙伴历史合作情况的盘点及经营分析，识别风险并推动解决；针对停售或退市产品，跟踪服务商在途项目的交付进展，识别高风险项目，协调资源确保高质量交付。

- Provide operational support including special price negotiations for projects, advancement of settlement checkpoints, monitoring of project collaboration health, and cultivating a pool of excellent and stable service providers through effective management.
- Manage daily cost settlement for ecosystem products, review the rationality of settlement data, ensure accuracy and compliance of cost accounting, and collaborate with relevant departments to optimize settlement processes.
- Evaluate the rationality of ecosystem collaboration models (such as joint solutions, revenue sharing mechanisms, resource exchanges, etc.), analyze economic benefits and risks of business models, propose optimization suggestions, and drive resolutions.
- Lead key clause negotiations, signing, and performance monitoring of service procurement contracts, establish procurement risk identification and response mechanisms, and ensure compliant and stable cooperation.
- Conduct inventory and operational analysis of historical collaborations with ecosystem partners, identify risks and drive resolutions; for discontinued or phased-out products, track service providers' in-transit project delivery progress, identify high-risk projects, and coordinate resources to ensure high-quality delivery.
