2.负责撰写高质量动画分镜脚本，把控剧情节奏与游戏战术元素的戏剧化呈现；创意工业化执行，编写完整动画分镜脚本，指导编剧优化剧情节奏以匹配游戏快节奏特性；
3. 负责IP内容孵化，包括创意方向梳理，运营方案制定，生产评估及制作执行；
4.建立标准化制作流程，平衡艺术表达与生产效率，保障限定周期内的动画更新计划。

- Manage the full workflow of Peace Elite world-derived animation projects, including script development, art style finalization, animation production, and promotional rollout.
- Write high-quality animation storyboard scripts, control plot rhythm, and dramatize game tactical elements; execute creative industrialization by scripting complete storyboards and guiding scriptwriters to optimize plot rhythm matching the game's fast-paced characteristics.
- Incubate IP content, including clarifying creative directions, formulating operational plans, conducting production assessments, and executing production.
- Establish standardized production processes, balance artistic expression with production efficiency, and ensure animation update plans within limited cycles.
