3、结合业务需求，挖掘优质达人资源并维护良好的合作关系，支持达人更好地创作优质内容，提升对目标人群的转化能力；
4、完善达人营销工作流及内容生产合作生态，沉淀机制、策略与方法，建立合理的评估机制，优化增长效率；
5、结合市场热点以及业务需求，持续探索创新性的营销手段，提升品牌整体在目标圈层的影响力。

- Based on business needs, identify high-quality talent resources and maintain strong cooperative relationships to support better content creation and improve conversion among target audiences.
- Improve talent marketing workflows and content production collaboration ecosystem, accumulate mechanisms, strategies, and methods, establish reasonable evaluation mechanisms, and optimize growth efficiency.
