📋 Job Overview

The Commercial Analysis Manager in Tencent's Strategic Development Department focuses on the advertising product direction, involving in-depth analysis of ad data to optimize performance and drive business strategies. The role supports product and technical teams with data insights, facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to implement optimizations, and produces visualized reports for stakeholders. This position plays a key role in enhancing ad products through data-driven decision-making and monitoring.

1.广告数据深度分析与优化 :负责深度分析广告投放数据(如广告消耗、点击率、转化率、用户行为等),建立数据监控体系,及时发现数据异常并定位问题根源,提供可落地的优化建议。
2.业务洞察与策略支持 :结合行业动态和竞品动向,分析广告客户的需求变化,为产品团队和技术团队提供数据洞察,帮助制定广告产品优化策略和技术应用方案。
3. 跨部门协同推进 :与产品、技术、运营团队紧密合作,以数据驱动决策,推动优化方案落地,并跟踪效果,确保项目达成预期目标。
4. 数据可视化与报告输出 :定期生成数据分析报告,通过可视化工具(如FineBI、Tableau等)清晰呈现分析结果,向管理层和业务团队汇报。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of advertising delivery data (such as ad spend, click-through rate, conversion rate, user behavior, etc.), establish a data monitoring system, promptly identify data anomalies and locate root causes, and provide actionable optimization suggestions.
  • Combine industry dynamics and competitor trends to analyze changes in advertising customer needs, provide data insights to product and technical teams, and assist in formulating advertising product optimization strategies and technical application solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with product, technical, and operations teams, drive decision-making with data, promote the implementation of optimization solutions, track effects, and ensure projects achieve expected goals.
  • Regularly generate data analysis reports, use visualization tools (such as FineBI, Tableau, etc.) to clearly present analysis results, and report to management and business teams.
