3.运营质量管理：搭建数据中心运营质量体系，并推动运营质量的线上量化管理，提升全量数据中心运营质量。

- Data center infrastructure online operations: Responsible for the safe and efficient online operation of data center facilities, analyzing data center infrastructure indicators, supervising the quality of facility online operations, improving overall operational levels through online operation data and results, and reducing data center operational risks.
- Online platform planning and construction: Planning and constructing data center facility platforms, continuously optimizing and iterating platform functions, continuously improving the reliability and availability of facility online platforms, and promoting the expansion and application of automation and intelligent capabilities.
- Operations quality management: Building a data center operations quality system and promoting the online quantitative management of operational quality to improve the overall data center operational quality.
