The Market and User Research Manager role at Tencent Games supports market and user research for self-developed studios across various game genres including ARPG, casual competitive, SLG, and shooting games. The position involves leading research projects throughout the product lifecycle, from positioning and experience refinement to marketing, launch, and long-term operations, delivering actionable reports. It also focuses on proactive problem diagnosis, driving key research initiatives, and providing overseas user insights for global product expansion.

1.支持腾讯自研工作室的市场与用户研究工作,覆盖游戏品类包括但不限于: ARPG、休闲竞技、SLG、射击等;
2.负责重点产品的全生命周期的相关研究支持(包括产品定位、体验打磨、营销发行、长线运营),独立或带领团队完成研究项目,输出具有强落地性的专业研究报告;
3.能够主动思考、诊断业务产品不同阶段的核心问题,积极推动关键价值研究课题的合作,帮助业务更前置的、节奏化的厘清目标市场及用户理解,把控产品定位及方向;
4.为腾讯自研产品出海提供海外用户洞察与理解,跟进海外研究项目。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Support market and user research for Tencent's self-developed studios, covering game categories including but not limited to ARPG, casual competitive, SLG, shooting, etc.
  • Responsible for full lifecycle research support for key products (including product positioning, experience polishing, marketing and distribution, long-term operations), independently or leading a team to complete research projects and output professional research reports with strong implementability.
  • Proactively think and diagnose core issues in different stages of business products, actively promote cooperation on key value research topics, help the business more proactively and rhythmically clarify target markets and user understanding, and control product positioning and direction.
  • Provide overseas user insights and understanding for Tencent's self-developed products going global, and follow up on overseas research projects.
