1.理解具身智能领域模型、数据采集、仿真环境等相关领域的需求，负责具身智能开放平台Tairos产品版本计划制定、进度跟踪、风险识别以及应对，确保产品迭代按期完成；
2.统筹产品、工程以及算法等相关团队协作、协调需求对接、资源分配优化、质量管控及敏捷迭代保障全流程，提升团队整体协作效率；
3.负责制定并优化项目管理规范，能主动发现产品迭代过程中的问题，制定有效的规范，管理项目风险。

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Understand requirements in embodied intelligence areas such as models, data collection, and simulation environments; responsible for formulating product version plans for the Tairos platform, tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing responses to ensure timely product iterations.
- Coordinate collaboration among product, engineering, and algorithm teams; manage demand alignment, resource allocation optimization, quality control, and agile iteration processes to improve overall team efficiency.
- Formulate and optimize project management standards; proactively identify issues in product iterations, establish effective norms, and manage project risks.
