The role of Big Client Sales Manager in Smart Retail focuses on expanding and deepening relationships with key retail industry clients, such as supermarkets, department stores, and consumer goods sectors, to achieve sales targets using Tencent Cloud and big data capabilities. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, integrating internal resources to develop marketing solutions, and building industry benchmark cases to promote Tencent's influence in the smart retail market. The position also involves constructing a commercial ecosystem by managing partners and maintaining long-term client satisfaction through dynamic management and market activities.

1.作为大客户销售,负责智慧零售行业客户(商超百货、购物免税、鞋服美妆、家居家电、食品饮料等)的拓展和深耕,负责目标客户的开发、维护、跟进,并达成制定的销售指标;
2.根据零售行业业务场景,结合腾讯云产品能力、大数据能力以及腾讯内部各类资源,挖掘并发现腾讯与客户之间商业机会结合点;
3.整合腾讯内部资源、能力,形成大客户营销解决方案,并进一步推进零售行业标杆案例的建设;
4.以行业标杆案例为契机,推动在零售行业内部推广腾讯的解决方案,以推动腾讯在智慧零售行业的影响力及市场占比;
5.以智慧零售为依托,构建智慧零售行业的商业生态版图,引入并管理各类合作伙伴,构建智慧零售商业生态;
6.关注客户需求,了解客户动态,做好客户长期维护和动态管理,保持行业样本客户的满意度、活跃度和推荐意愿。并协同标杆客户组织各类大型的市场活动,借以推广腾讯的智慧零售解决方案。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the expansion and deep cultivation of smart retail industry clients (supermarkets and department stores, shopping duty-free, footwear, cosmetics, home appliances, food and beverages, etc.), including developing, maintaining, and following up on target clients to achieve set sales targets.
  • Based on retail industry business scenarios, combined with Tencent Cloud product capabilities, big data capabilities, and various internal Tencent resources, identify and discover commercial opportunity integration points between Tencent and clients.
  • Integrate internal Tencent resources and capabilities to form big client marketing solutions, and further promote the construction of benchmark cases in the retail industry.
  • Using industry benchmark cases as opportunities, promote Tencent's solutions within the retail industry to enhance Tencent's influence and market share in the smart retail sector.
  • Relying on smart retail, build the commercial ecosystem landscape of the smart retail industry, introduce and manage various partners to construct the smart retail commercial ecosystem.
  • Focus on client needs, understand client dynamics, perform long-term client maintenance and dynamic management, maintain satisfaction, activity, and referral willingness of industry sample clients. Collaborate with benchmark clients to organize various large-scale market activities to promote Tencent's smart retail solutions.
