The Brand Marketing Manager position for Peace Elite under the New Star Gravity Plan focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies for key game events, crossovers, and commercial skins to enhance player reputation and external buzz. The role involves overseeing creative materials, event marketing, and offline activities, while managing full-cycle marketing projects from inception to review. Emphasis is placed on integrating marketing efforts with business metrics to optimize performance and achieve unified brand impact.

2.基于制定市场推广策略，负责跟进和把控创意素材、事件营销、线下活动等不同类型的策划和执行工作；
3.统筹营销项目，跟进内部汇报、立项、下单、执行、验收、复盘、结案等营销流程全链路；协同团队内的内容、媒介、传播等各模块，跟进话题营销、内容投放、广告采买、公关传播等事项，全链条发起和落地整合营销项目；
4.深耕品效合一，持续优化执行效果，将各板块的执行效果与核心业务指标关联。
