📋 Job Overview

The Senior Manager for Tencent Cloud's Cloud Product International Growth Operations leads the internationalization and expansion of core cloud products like IaaS, databases, cloud-native, and private cloud in overseas markets. The role involves developing regional growth strategies, managing key clients and opportunities, and providing operational support to drive commercial results and influence. Responsibilities include data-driven insights, GTM collaboration, and localization efforts to optimize product adoption and upsell.

1.区域增长策略研究:基于各区域/行业的市场特点、竞争态势与政策法规,研究与优化本地化基础产品(IaaS/数据库/云原生/专有云)的增长策略,支撑部门整体产品国际化的商业结果和影响力提升;
2.重点客户与商机管理:建立海外与中企出海关键行业与渠道的作战地图,与各区域销售、SA团队建立有效的协作机制和沟通节奏,识别区域重点客户与增长机会,推动商机转化与Upsell;
3.增长数据与洞察:建立区域增长量化体系,追踪商机pipeline、产品表现、关键客户动态及商业目标进展;
4.产品GTM 联动支持:与产研团队反馈市场信号(客户需求、使用痛点、竞品对比等),推动 roadmap 优化;协同市场/销售/合作伙伴团队设计并执行GTM模型、销售playbook、客户解决方案参考架构;
5.本地化运营支持:支持海外区域的本地化产品内容、市场活动和客户成功运营。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regional growth strategy research: Analyze market characteristics, competition, and policies in various regions/industries to optimize growth strategies for localized base products (IaaS/database/cloud-native/private cloud), supporting overall product internationalization commercial outcomes and influence enhancement.
  • Manage key clients and opportunities: Build operational maps for overseas and Chinese enterprises going global in key industries and channels, establish effective collaboration mechanisms and communication rhythms with regional sales and SA teams, identify focus clients and growth opportunities, and drive deal conversion and upsell.
  • Growth data and insights: Establish regional growth quantification systems, track opportunity pipelines, product performance, key client dynamics, and commercial goal progress.
  • Product GTM linkage support: Provide market signals (customer needs, usage pain points, competitor comparisons, etc.) to R&D teams to drive roadmap optimization; collaborate with marketing/sales/partner teams to design and execute GTM models, sales playbooks, and customer solution reference architectures.
  • Localization operations support: Support overseas regions with localized product content, market activities, and customer success operations.
