🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 负责全球化发行二次元游戏的策划及跟进，参与完成游戏角色设计、玩法设计的构思落地，关注用户反馈与迭代
- 分析市场形势和竞品方案，通过数据分析、用户反馈等手段提炼和洞察用户需求，提供产品体验优化方案
- 结合游戏整体运营目标，提出切实可行的产品玩法/内容规划策略、改进方案，与开发团队沟通并推动落地、验收
