1. ​策略设计与分析体系搭建:​​ 负责腾讯系所有流量端的商业化策略设计,理解长短视频、信息流、联盟等多元流量生态与变现模式,​搭建业务监控及分析体系,目标达成追踪。
​2. 增长策略分析与落地:​​ ​深入分析流量效率(如供给端、需求端、竞价机制),识别瓶颈与增长点。输出商业化优化策略(涉及定价、库存、产品等维度)​,推动运营或产研团队落地实施,​直接驱动商业目标达成。
​3. 重点专题研究:基于业务发展需要开展特定专题分析,结合行业研究、竞品调研、数据分析等多元工具寻找增长点,输出分析结论和可落地建议。
​4. 推动跨部门策略协同与落地:​​ ​基于数据洞察,驱动跨部门对齐目标、制定计划并解决执行问题,确保关键策略的有效推进和业务结果的实现。

  • Strategy design and analysis system setup: Responsible for commercial strategy design across all Tencent traffic channels, understanding diverse ecosystems like short/long videos, information feeds, and alliances, building business monitoring and analysis systems, and tracking goal achievement.
  • Growth strategy analysis and implementation: Deeply analyze traffic efficiency (supply side, demand side, bidding mechanisms), identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities, output optimization strategies (pricing, inventory, product dimensions), drive implementation by operations or R&D teams, and directly contribute to commercial objectives.
  • Key topic research: Conduct specific topic analyses based on business needs, using industry research, competitor surveys, and data analysis to find growth points, and deliver actionable conclusions and recommendations.
  • Cross-departmental strategy collaboration and implementation: Based on data insights, drive alignment on goals, formulate plans, resolve execution issues across departments, and ensure effective advancement of key strategies and business outcomes.
