📋 Job Overview

The SLG Product Game Creative Planner for Overseas Markets role at Tencent involves collaborating with development teams to create and optimize advertising creatives and gameplay demonstrations for strategy games targeting international audiences. The position focuses on analyzing competitors, leveraging UA data for iterative improvements, and planning ad strategies across product lifecycle stages to enhance market competitiveness. This role ensures effective communication of gameplay highlights through differentiated creative scripts and sell points.

1.负责与研发团队协作,参与前期玩法筛选与验证,主导基于核心玩法与画风的玩法演示素材测试,并制定差异化的广告创意脚本与卖点规划,确保素材精准传递玩法亮点;
2.


系统监控并分析竞品素材动态,完成竞品玩法拆解与反推,提出差异化设计策略,为玩法包装和市场竞争力的持续优化提供决策依据;
3.


深刻理解UA数据指标与渠道特性,协同投放团队搭建素材效果复盘体系,将数据结论有效反馈至玩法与素材的迭代优化中
;
4.负责产品上线后各阶段的广告创意策划,根据项目不同投放目标,制定相应的广告素材方向与卖点规划,并对最终投放效果负责
。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with R&D team to participate in early gameplay selection and validation, lead testing of gameplay demo materials based on core mechanics and art style, and develop differentiated ad creative scripts and sell point plans to ensure materials accurately convey gameplay highlights.
  • Systematically monitor and analyze competitor material trends, complete gameplay breakdowns and reverse engineering, and propose differentiation strategies to provide decision-making basis for ongoing optimization of gameplay packaging and market competitiveness.
  • Deeply understand UA data metrics and channel characteristics, collaborate with投放 team to build material performance review systems, and effectively feed data insights back into iterations of gameplay and materials.
  • Handle ad creative planning for various stages after product launch, formulate ad material directions and sell point plans based on different投放 goals for projects, and take responsibility for final投放 effects.
