岗位职责

As the Senior Game Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the global operational strategy and execution for the game, ensuring successful launches and continuous optimization in target markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development team, marketing, technical, and customer support teams, to drive operational goals and enhance player experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Game Operations Planning
 - Develop and implement global operation strategies, including launch plans, in-game events, and user retention optimization.
 - Analyze market trends and player behavior to provide actionable insights for game improvements.
2. Data Analysis & Optimization
 - Monitor KPIs such as DAU, MAU, ARPU, etc., identify issues, and propose solutions.
 - Generate regular operational reports to support data-driven decision-making for the management team.
3. Cross-Department Collaboration
 - Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth game updates during Liveops and content optimization.
 - Coordinate with marketing teams on regional campaigns and user acquisition strategies.
 - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure server stability and timely resolution of technical issues.
4. Player Experience Management
 - Gather player feedback and analyze user behavior to design improvement plans that enhance satisfaction.
 - Manage critical player issues and emergency situations to maintain community harmony and brand reputation.
