• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起设计渲染⽅案, 编写Shader, 实现美术效果;
• 设计美术资源规范, 确保项⽬的美术资产按照规范执⾏;
• 对游戏性能进⾏Profiling, 设计优化⽅案;
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起解决⼯具引擎⽇ 常使⽤过程中出现的问题;
• 发现美术pipeline中出现的问题, 开发⼯具提⾼美术⼯作流效率;
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起研发新⼯具和游戏引擎的新特性, 开发范例⼯程, 技术推⼴应⽤;

• 有扎实的美术基础: 能较好理解结构, 光线, ⾊彩, 材质等;
• 熟悉常⽤美术⼯具: 如Houdini or Blender, 3dMax or Maya, Substance;
• 熟悉脚本语⾔: Python, Vex最少⼀项, 有插件⼯具开发经验;
• 熟悉Shader语⾔: Cg, GLSL,HLSL最少⼀项;
• 熟悉常⽤的渲染算法, 计算机图形学;
• 熟悉C#, C++程序开发语⾔;
• 熟练掌握Unreal引擎;
• 熟练掌握Profiling⼯具: GPA, Adreno Profiler, RenderDoc, Debugger最少⼀项;
• 精通游戏中⻆⾊的美术制作流程, 精通⻆⾊⽪肤, ⽑发, 布料等渲染技术;

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design rendering solutions with artists and engine programmers, write Shaders, implement art effects
  • Design art resource specifications to ensure project art assets follow the specifications
  • Profile game performance and design optimization solutions
  • Solve problems in daily use of tool engines with artists and engine programmers
  • Identify issues in the art pipeline and develop tools to improve art workflow efficiency
  • Research and develop new tools and new features of the game engine with artists and engine programmers, develop example projects, and promote technical applications

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Solid art foundation: good understanding of structure, light, color, material, etc.
  • Familiar with common art tools: such as Houdini or Blender, 3dMax or Maya, Substance
  • Familiar with scripting languages: Python, Vex at least one, with plugin tool development experience
  • Familiar with Shader languages: Cg, GLSL, HLSL at least one
  • Familiar with common rendering algorithms and computer graphics
  • Familiar with C# and C++ programming languages
  • Proficient in Unreal Engine
  • Proficient in Profiling tools: GPA, Adreno Profiler, RenderDoc, Debugger at least one
  • Expert in character art production process in games, expert in character skin, hair, cloth and other rendering techniques
  • Excellent team communication and collaboration skills, able to adapt to new creative challenges, willing to help and share
  • Fluent English communication skills
