2.主导部落冲突项目的美术风格和画面表现质量，对游戏美术品质负责；
3.参与制作项目内角色原画设计；
4.负责美术团队日常成员与业务管理，全流程外包资源的审核修改，统一风格，品质把控；
5.承当游戏项目内资源管理和美术工作计划、风险解决制定工作；
6.负责把控美术内部工作流程，技术规格，跨部门支持协调开发合作。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Control the design direction and final quality of product art
- Lead the art style and visual quality of the Clash of Clans project, responsible for overall game art quality
- Participate in the original painting design of characters within the project
- Manage daily team members and business operations, review and revise outsourced resources throughout the process, unify style, and control quality
- Undertake resource management within the game project, formulate art work plans, and address risks
- Control internal art workflows, technical specifications, and coordinate cross-departmental support and development collaboration

Salary
