What the Role Entails
As Tencent Cloud accelerates its global infrastructure and service expansion, we are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic cloud-related projects across local and regional markets. In this role, you will oversee the execution of both internal and external initiatives—including those delivered by partner providers—ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and service quality. This role requires a technical mindset, strong project delivery ownership, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Risk & Quality Management: Proactively identify delivery risks and operational blockers. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and operations teams to design mitigation strategies, improve delivery frameworks, and uphold service quality.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine delivery workflows and collaboration mechanisms to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction for cloud deployment and service projects.
Who We Look For
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of project management or PMO experience in cloud computing, IT services, or infrastructure delivery.
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms or enterprise IT architecture, and familiarity with project delivery lifecycles from scoping to deployment and acceptance.
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across international or cross-regional teams.
Strong command of English and Chinese Mandarin for business communication and cross-functional collaboration.
