2.负责协助客户解决过程中遇到的技术问题和风险，并不断推动AI平台产品和服务的优化改进，总结出最佳实践；
3.参与并负责腾讯云AI平台相关产品的运维规划、架构优化、成本优化、高可用运维等技术运营工作。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Serve Tencent Cloud AI platform customers, providing fast and high-quality technical services throughout the full lifecycle to help customers effectively utilize platform capabilities, improving stability and satisfaction.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues and risks encountered, while continuously driving optimization and improvement of AI platform products and services, and summarizing best practices.
- Participate in and lead operational tasks for Tencent Cloud AI platform products, including maintenance planning, architecture optimization, cost optimization, and high-availability operations.

- Xi'an, China
Salary
180,000 - 350,000 CNY / yearly
