📋 Job Overview

This role focuses on sales in Tencent Cloud's general internet ToC direction, targeting head clients and high-potential prospects in sectors like e-commerce, lifestyle services, content, and general entertainment. The position involves expanding and deepening customer relationships, particularly with AI companies, overseas enterprises, and open-source tech teams, by uncovering needs in cloud computing, AI computing power, and global deployment. Responsibilities include demand insight, customized solution design, full-cycle client management, and cross-departmental collaboration to drive business growth and market share.

1.客户拓展与深耕:主攻泛互联网行业ToC方向(如电商、生活服务、内容、泛娱乐等)中头部客户及高潜力客户(AI公司、出海企业、开源技术团队),与客户关键人深度对话,挖掘云计算、AI算力、全球化部署需求,并通过技术方案输出、成本优化案例对比,突破竞争对手客户防线,实现存量市场替代,增量市场份额;
2.需求洞察与方案设计:与客户技术团队(CTO、架构师、运维团队等)深度沟通,理解其技术栈痛点,结合公司开源生态及成本优势定制方案,联动架构师团队,推动可验证的POC,快速证明技术价值并获得商务成交条件;
3.全周期客户管理:从需求对接到项目落地全程跟进,推动存量经营及新项目落地;
4.跨部门协作与资源整合:联动售前、售中、产品团队,整合协同,推动业务落地。
