1.独立负责射击游戏场景的结构设计与搭建,通过2D到3D的白盒原型验证宏观趋势、关卡动线、掩体布局等,并依据玩家体验数据持续迭代优化;
2.主导大型对抗地图的全局机制设计,包括平衡性、战斗节奏控制、loot规划、POI部署等,确保玩法多样性与策略深度;
3.能与其他部门(如美术、程序)紧密合作,确保关卡功能与项目其他元素相融合。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Independently responsible for the structural design and construction of shooting game scenes, verifying macro trends, level flow, cover layouts, etc., through 2D to 3D whitebox prototypes, and continuously iterating and optimizing based on player experience data
  • Lead the global mechanism design for large confrontation maps, including balance, combat rhythm control, loot planning, POI deployment, etc., to ensure gameplay diversity and strategic depth
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (such as art and programming) to ensure level functions integrate with other project elements
