2.质量与风格统一： 与美术总监和主美密切合作，确保所有产出资产符合项目设定的美术风格和质量标准，并建立高效的质量检查流程；
3.跨部门协同： 作为美术团队与研发、设计团队的核心接口，确保美术资源能够顺利集成到游戏引擎中，并满足技术和设计需求；
4.外包管理： 如有外包部分，负责管理外包供应商的沟通、任务分发、进度跟踪和验收工作；
5.流程优化： 持续优化美术生产流程和工具使用，提升团队协作效率和资产复用率。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and manage the production plan for art assets, coordinating resources and priorities across concept art, modeling, animation, effects, and UI.
- Collaborate closely with the art director and lead artists to ensure all output assets meet the project's art style and quality standards, while establishing efficient quality control processes.
- Act as the core interface between the art team and R&D/design teams, ensuring smooth integration of art resources into the game engine and fulfilling technical and design requirements.
- Manage outsourcing if applicable, including communication with vendors, task assignment, progress tracking, and acceptance.
- Continuously optimize art production workflows and tool usage to improve team collaboration efficiency and asset reuse rates.

Salary
120,000 - 180,000 CNY / yearly
