📋 Job Overview

The UGC Game Interaction Designer for 'Honor of Kings' is responsible for the overall interaction design of in-game UGC tools, including map editors, character customization, level building, and rule logic editing, from concept to implementation. The role involves deeply understanding creator and player needs through user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to optimize usability and efficiency. Additionally, it focuses on creating clear information architectures, producing high-fidelity prototypes, establishing evaluation standards, and maintaining design norms to ensure consistent product experiences.

1.负责游戏内UGC工具(如地图编辑器、角色/外观定制、关卡搭建、规则逻辑编辑等)的整体交互设计,从概念到落地;
2.深入理解创作者和普通玩家的需求、行为模式及痛点,通过用户访谈、可用性测试、数据分析等方法,持续优化UGC功能的易用性和创作效率;
3.为复杂的UGC创作系统设计清晰的信息架构和流畅的用户任务流程,降低玩家的学习成本,提升创作成就感;
4.产出高保真、可交互的原型,精准表达设计思路,并协同UI、程序、策划团队,确保设计方案的高质量落地;
5.建立UGC功能的易用性评估标准,跟踪上线后数据与用户反馈,驱动设计方案的快速迭代和优化;
6.建立和维护UGC模块的交互设计规范,确保产品体验的一致性,并向团队分享UGC设计领域的最佳实践和前沿趋势。
