📋 Job Overview
The UGC System Planner for 'Honor of Kings' is responsible for the full lifecycle of the in-game UGC system module, from research and design to implementation and optimization. The role involves monitoring industry trends, iterating based on feedback and data to enhance user experience, efficiency, satisfaction, and penetration. Collaboration with operations and other teams is key to building creator centers, communities, and ecosystems that boost content spread, new user acquisition, and retention.
