2.负责野怪与英雄在UGC编辑器中的设计与制作，包括基础动画表现和技能等逻辑；
3.从实际使用角度出发，对编辑器的易用性和实用性提供优化和设计方向，并使之能在实际业务中有效落地；
4.深度使用玩法编辑器，了解作者的诉求和痛点，针对缺失功能进行逆向设计，并持续对玩法的特性需求进行设计和迭代优化。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Design gameplay production tools, combining external feedback and internal needs, and communicate with collaborative departments on related function design and development details.
- Responsible for the design and production of wild monsters and heroes in the UGC editor, including basic animation performance and skill logic.
- From the perspective of actual use, provide optimization and design directions for the editor's ease of use and practicality, and ensure effective implementation in actual business.
- Deeply use the gameplay editor to understand authors' needs and pain points, perform reverse design for missing functions, and continuously design and iteratively optimize the characteristics requirements of gameplay.

Salary
180,000 - 350,000 CNY / yearly
