2.参与或主导建立和维护产品设计系统，确保设计语言的一致性，并提升团队的设计与开发效率；
3.与产品经理、工程师紧密合作，确保设计方案的高质量实现与落地，并积极参与产品讨论，为产品策略提供设计角度的专业输入；
4.基于用户反馈和产品数据，主动发起并推进用户体验的持续优化。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full workflow of user research, interaction design, visual design, etc., producing user journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction specifications.
- Participate in or lead the establishment and maintenance of the product design system, ensuring consistency in design language, and improving the team's design and development efficiency.
- Closely collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and landing of design solutions, and actively participate in product discussions, providing professional input from a design perspective on product strategies.
- Based on user feedback and product data, proactively initiate and promote continuous optimization of user experience.

Salary
250,000 - 450,000 CNY / yearly
