The WeChat Pay team in Japan is responsible for its increasing in all aspects of Japanese markets.

2.日本のビジネス形態、加盟店、開拓チャネルの完全な理解に基づいて、市場機会を発見し、WeChatとTencentのリソースを統合し、地域拡販計画を策定し、エグゼキューションを効果的に実施します。
3.日本におけるWeChat Payの健全な発展を達成するために、地域のサービスプロバイダーおよびパートナーの管理および事業開発を実施します。

応募資格/Who We Look For
【応募要件】
1.中国語および日本語ビジネスレベル以上、優れたビジネス開発および交渉スキル、3年以上の関連する実務経験。
2.日本の市場およびビジネス文化に理解し、市場について明確かつ正確な洞察を得て、それを実際の実行戦略に変換できる。
3.決済または関連業界の実務経験があり、決済業界の操作形態にしており、加盟店またはチャネルの拡大に関連する経験がある。
4.強力な学習能力、強力な異文化コミュニケーション能力およびストレス耐性。

  • Based on a complete understanding of Japanese business models, merchants, and development channels, discover market opportunities, integrate resources from WeChat and Tencent, formulate regional expansion plans, and effectively execute them.
  • Implement management of regional service providers and partners, as well as business development, to achieve the healthy development of WeChat Pay in Japan.

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Business level or above in Chinese and Japanese, with excellent business development and negotiation skills, and more than 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Understanding of the Japanese market and business culture, with the ability to gain clear and accurate insights into the market and convert them into practical execution strategies.
  • Work experience in the payment or related industry, familiarity with the operational models of the payment industry, and experience related to merchant or channel expansion.
