1.负责WeTV在海外市场的商业化变现策略制定与执行,核心聚焦于广告变现,对广告收入目标负责;
2.对电视剧、综艺等核心内容的商业化有深度理解,能基于内容特性策划并落地创新的广告形式与招商方案;
3.深度运营主流海外广告平台,通过广告位以及投放模式优化,持续提升广告收益与填充率;
4.紧密跟踪海外流媒体行业动态与广告技术发展趋势,形成独立行业见解,并为业务发展提供前瞻性建议;
5.与内容、产品、技术及海外销售团队高效协同,推动商业化策略与项目的全球落地。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute commercialization and monetization strategies for WeTV in overseas markets, focusing on advertising monetization and taking responsibility for advertising revenue targets.
  • Have a deep understanding of the commercialization of core content such as TV series and variety shows, and be able to plan and implement innovative advertising formats and investment attraction plans based on content characteristics.
  • Deeply operate mainstream overseas advertising platforms, continuously improve advertising revenue and fill rate through optimization of ad positions and delivery modes.
  • Closely track the dynamics of the overseas streaming media industry and advertising technology development trends, form independent industry insights, and provide forward-looking suggestions for business development.
  • Efficiently collaborate with content, product, technology, and overseas sales teams to promote the global implementation of commercialization strategies and projects.
