📋 Job Overview
This role focuses on providing technical support for AI products and solutions in overseas markets, including demand analysis, solution design, technical demonstrations, and Q&A. The position involves collaborating with sales, R&D, and delivery teams to deliver comprehensive technical schemes, support POCs, and drive sales KPIs. Additionally, it requires researching market trends, optimizing solutions with advanced AI technologies, and contributing to product iterations to enhance competitiveness.

1.负责AI产品和解决方案在海外市场的技术支持，包括需求分析、方案设计、技术演示、技术答疑等；
2.承担AI产品海外销售业绩KPI，协助海外本地销售团队参与招投标等商务活动；
3.与销售、研发、交付等部门协同合作，为客户提供完整的技术方案，并提供技术支持，跟进POC，对拿单负责；
4.研究海外市场的竞争情况、客户需求和趋势，为产品和解决方案的优化提供建议；
5.负责售前技术文档的编写，包括方案书、技术白皮书、演示方案等；
6.分析AI产品与业务场景的契合点，结合大模型、深度学习等技术优化解决方案，提升产品竞争力与营收增长；
7.协助产品迭代，基于客户需求与技术趋势（如智能体框架、分布式训练优化等）综合判断，输出产品升级优化方案，推动产品竞争力提升。
2.承担AI产品海外销售业绩KPI，协助海外本地销售团队参与招投标等商务活动；
3.与销售、研发、交付等部门协同合作，为客户提供完整的技术方案，并提供技术支持，跟进POC，对拿单负责；
4.研究海外市场的竞争情况、客户需求和趋势，为产品和解决方案的优化提供建议；

- Responsible for technical support of AI products and solutions in overseas markets, including demand analysis, solution design, technical demonstrations, and technical Q&A.
- Accountable for AI product overseas sales performance KPIs, assisting local sales teams in participating in bidding and other business activities.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, delivery, and other departments to provide complete technical solutions for customers, offer technical support, follow up on POCs, and take responsibility for securing deals.
- Research competitive situations, customer demands, and trends in overseas markets, providing suggestions for product and solution optimization.
- Responsible for writing pre-sales technical documents, including solution books, technical whitepapers, and demonstration plans.
- Analyze the fit between AI products and business scenarios, optimize solutions using large models, deep learning, and other technologies to enhance product competitiveness and revenue growth.
- Assist in product iterations, comprehensively judge based on customer demands and technical trends (such as agent frameworks, distributed training optimization), output product upgrade and optimization plans, and promote product competitiveness.
