2.独立对接业务部门，开展社会招聘和校园招聘相关工作，包括但不限于根据招聘需求制定招聘策略和计划，灵活运用多种渠道搜寻、评估和吸引优秀人才，提供招聘决策建议等招聘全流程工作；
3.主导或参与BG招聘体系建设工作，与相关团队协作，包括但不限于人才甄选(面委会）、学生招聘和雇主品牌等项目落地。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Fully understand the business objectives under responsibility, formulate corresponding staffing and workforce demand management strategies based on business needs, including but not limited to assisting business managers in staffing allocation and recovery, and matching reasonable workforce demands with human cost management.
- Independently interface with business departments to carry out social recruitment and campus recruitment related work, including but not limited to formulating recruitment strategies and plans based on recruitment needs, flexibly using multiple channels to search, evaluate, and attract excellent talent, and providing recruitment decision suggestions for the full recruitment process.
- Lead or participate in the construction of the BG recruitment system, collaborate with relevant teams, including but not limited to the implementation of projects such as talent selection (interview committee), student recruitment, and employer branding.

Salary
300,000 - 600,000 CNY / yearly
