for the position of Tender Specialist and you will contribute to our ambitious strategies and successful business activities.

Your role:

  • Analyze tender documentation (technical, administrative, commercial) to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender proposals and related documentation.
  • Coordinate the process with multiple departments.
  • Maintain tender repository, archiving all documentation.
  • Stay updated on procurement regulations, legislation, and best practices relevant to tenders.
  • Manage post-award activities: contract preparation, negotiation, and compliance.
  • Monitor deadlines, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of all proposals.

Your expertise:

  • Degree in Law
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience working with tenders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tendering platforms
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data accurately for different stakeholders
  • Team player mindset with excellent collaboration across functions, also able to work independently
