Role Overview

As a Tenders Analyst on our Contract Management team in Vaughan, ON, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth. Reporting to the Manager, Tenders, you will manage the full RFx lifecycle—including Tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Your expertise will ensure accurate, compliant submissions that meet customer deadlines and position Cardinal Health for success in competitive markets. This full-time role demands a detail-oriented professional skilled in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day contributions will span the entire RFx process:

• Support RFx from intake through submission, meeting all timelines and compliance standards.
• Monitor industry bid sites to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate activities with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Review documentation to extract requirements, risks, and terms.
• Draft and compile high-quality proposals.
• Track submissions, manage awards, and handle post-award amendments.

Post-Award Support

Beyond submissions, you will facilitate contract executions, extensions, and renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and ongoing compliance.
