We will be glad to have you on our team as a Tenders & Offers Specialist, where you will be responsible for successfully providing support to the department, by collaborating with different stakeholders within the company to ensure accurate, timely and competitive submissions to tenders, while also maintaining compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.

Your role:

  • Monitor public consultations for tenders, consult cross-functionally to collect relevant information and process it through the system
  • Evaluate incoming Requests for Tenders (RFTs) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for the tender response
  • Preparation of response to tenders and public proposals (research publication of tenders’ announcements, elaboration of it and respective documentation, reception of adjudication/not adjudication) and ensuring submission before the deadline
  • Ensure that the tender response complies with industry regulations, legal requirements and quality standards
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop competitive price proposals to meet customers’ needs
  • Contract management activities, including end-to-end management of contracts, collaborating with stakeholders within the company (e.g. legal, sales, finance, compliance departments) to ensure that contractual terms are clearly defined, negotiated and executed in accordance with company’s guidelines
  • Keep record of past and ongoing tender submissions and contracts within the company’s systems

Your expertise/ skills:

  • BSc in Finance/ Business Administration or a related subject
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in the Medical Devices market
  • Ability to deliver projects under strict deadlines
  • Team spirit and high level of communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Well-organized, high focus and with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English & Greek language, written and spoken

The role demands professional specialization.

The position is fixed-term, and the employment contract will be handled via Randstad.
